FSU /  VPFA / Partnership Program

The Partnership Program allows mid-level to senior-level leaders an opportunity to experience a unique leadership series. The program provides a 9-month professional development opportunity for university administrative staff that has an interest in expanding their leadership skills, knowledge of current topics, and their network contacts.

 The Partnership Program unites administrative professionals within FSU and provides an environment where they are encouraged to grow professionally and personally. The participants will be partnered in small teams and will be given the opportunity to present information and ideas on current topics.

Program Details:

  • Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month (September -- May) from 8:00 - 9:45 a.m. at the UBA Central Office (in parking garage #1)
  • 16 participants will be accepted
  • 3 optional Lunch & Learn Sessions will be held

Application and Selection Process:

  • Applicant should have potential for advancement, demonstrates an interest in professional development, and have their supervisor's endorsement to participate and attend the monthly meetings
  • Complete the application and provide a current resume by August 16th
  • Kick-off meeting will be September 9th
