University Business Administrator's
University Business Administrator's Spread Holiday Cheer
Tom Morgan
Tom Morgan is a man who believes that service for your country and your community should be performed as often as possible. As a younger man during the Vietnam era, he served as a supply officer for a nuclear attack submarine stationed in Pearl Harbor. While stationed in California he met and married his wife, who was a fellow Navy service member.
Kate Shugart
As a girl Kate Shugart knew she wanted her college years to be spent at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. After all, it was where her extended family lived and both her parents were UNC alumni. When her father accepted a new position in central Florida the year she turned 14, Kate was convinced more than ever that UNC was the only school for her.
Tom Deckert
By day Tom Deckert is busy watching over the infrastructure of Florida State University. He is the Assistant Director / Building Official responsible for ensuring that new building construction, additions, alterations, repairs, remodeling or demolitions and all installations of building systems meet Florida Building Code requirements. These include all electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, gas fuel, fire prevention, energy conservation, accessibility, storm-water and floodplain management requirements. The size of the campus, coupled with the number of buildings, ensure that Tom’s daily schedule is chaotic and ever-changing.
Grady Enlow
To say Grady loves to be active seems to be an understatement. He is the Associate Director for FSU’s UBA program, takes doctoral classes, is a member of Community Theatre, a Sunday school teacher, an active family man, and enjoys running to name just a few of his activities. In spite of his hectic lifestyle, when his church announced a mission trip to Haiti, it didn’t take much time for Grady and his wife to decide they were going.
