Administrative Services
The Office of the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services has been established to facilitate and assist academic and administrative units in accomplishing their mission by maximizing the performance of their business operations.
The participating units span from Panama City to Sarasota and include Athletics, College of Medicine, Panama City Campus, Ringling Museum of Art and the University Business Administrators Program.

Printing Services offers a wide variety of services to meet the printing needs of faculty and staff. Business cards, posters and flyers are just a few of the services offered.
Seminole Golf Course
The Don Veller Seminole Golf Course is a well-maintained, public, 18-hole golf facility owned and operated by Florida State University. The golf operation serves as a working laboratory for students enrolled in Professional Golf Management.

Budget & Analysis
The functions of the Office of Budget and Analysis are University Planning and Budgeting, Office of Institutional Research and Data Administration. These functions support the instruction, research and public service mission of the University.

The Employee Assistance Program is dedicated to providing quality assistance, to eligible individuals, in dealing with personal and professional difficulties that may be negatively impacting their lives. Design and ConstructionThe Facilities Design and Construction Department is responsible for delivering new construction, renovation, and restoration projects on all of our campuses. We represent the interests of each user group to help them better support their mission at Florida State University.

The Facilities Grounds department is reponsible for grounds maintenance, landscaping and nursery operations, solid waste removal, and athletic fields maintenance.

Property Acquisition
Facilities Planning and Space Managment is responsible for planning and managing the design, construction, demolition, remodeling, and renovation of facilities and for campus master planning.
The Property Acquisition Section provides the support necessary to acquire real property to allow for the expansion of our main and branch campuses.
Utilities
Utilities and Engineering Services Section provides utility services to support the entire University Community. These services include steam, chilled water, electricity, domestic water, sanitary sewer and natural gas.

Environmental Health & Safety enthusiastically promotes compliance with the laws that govern environmental health and safety with the result of preventing personal injury, death, property loss and environmental pollution.
